All direct billing is on a best-effort basis. At times, for reasons beyond our control, insurance providers may require you to claim from your end. If we cannot direct-bill, the treatment must be paid at the time of the visit. Currently, we do not support Empire Life & Equitable Life. All other insurance providers are supported.
